IMPORTANT: Meeting change – The Great Thorpe Railway Disaster

Our first meeting of 2022 sees us welcome former chair and award winning biographer Phyllida Scrivens, to talk about her latest book: The Great Thorpe Railway Disaster 1874: Heroes, Victims, Survivors (Pen and Sword Books, September 2021).

However, due to increasing Covid cases in the area, we have opted to hold this meeting online via Zoom to ensure everyone’s safety in this difficult time.

This meeting will be free to members (both Online and Full) and to guests, however, we are asking for donations to cover the cost of running the meeting. If you are able to offer a donation, the suggested amount is £2. You do not have to – donations are optional, however, if anyone is able to, we would be extremely grateful.

The meeting will take place on Tuesday 18th January 2022, 19:30 – 21:00.

If you are interested in attending please email us: queries@norwichwriters.com
