The Ivy Ferrari Cup

The challenge is to write a short story using any genre in up to 2, 000 words with the theme of Motherhood. Must feature a strong female central character.

Sally Craythorne (S. E. Craythorne), the adjudicator, is looking for:

  • Diversity
  • Believable characters
  • Good story

Free entry for NWC members.  £3 entry fee or non-members.  All entries will receive an expert critique.

All entries must be submitted on one side of A4, double spaced where appropriate.  Work to be unpublished and not entered into previous Circle competitions.
